The Town of Georgetown, including Georgetown Department leaders, would like to thank community members for attending the town’s second annual budget fair.
During the budget fair, community members had the opportunity to speak with department leaders and discuss their specific budgets, and ask questions.
This was the second year the town has held the budget fair, which allows residents to connect with local leaders and have real conversations centered around the fiscal year budget and learn more about how costs are broken down and how departments will be using requested funding.
The Town of Georgetown, Georgetown Police, Georgetown Fire, Georgetown Public Schools, Georgetown Public Library, Georgetown Community Senior Center, Parks and Recreation Department, the Select Board, School Committee, and Finance Committee thank residents and community members for attending the event.
